Brother Kieran is Abbot of Carrick Monastery, and the Keeper of the Book of Danaan. While posessing much wisdom and peace, he also has a mischievous side that enjoys joking and the occasional drink. Although most of his time is spent at Carrick Monastery, he is also a legendary warrior, who has fought alongside High Kings Heremon and Proinnsias. Kieran is named after the 6th Century Irish Saint.
Brother Kieran has a special bond with the animals, who flock to him and understand his words.
